🚨 HIRING ALERT – PRIVATE EQUITY | HYDERABAD 🚨 We are hiring experienced professionals for Team Manager, Team Lead & SME positions in Private Equity / Fund Accounting. 📍 Location: Hyderabad 🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) 🌙 Shift: US Night Shift ⏳ Notice Period: Up to 1 Month 💰 Hike: Up to 30% on last drawn CTC 🔹 OPEN POSITIONS 👨‍💼 Team Manager (TM) Experience: 8+ years in Private Equity Team Handling: 1+ year CTC: Up to ₹20 LPA 👨‍💼 Team Lead (TL) Experience: 6+ years in Private Equity Team Handling experience required CTC: As per experience 👨‍💼 Subject Matter Expert (SME) Experience: 4+ years in Private Equity CTC: Up to ₹11 LPA 🔑 REQUIRED SKILLS Private Equity Fund Accounting Waterfall Calculations Capital Calls Distributions NAV Calculation Management Fee Calculation Carried Interest Allocations Partner Capital Statements Fund Drawdowns & Reconciliations 🛠️ TOOLS REQUIRED Geneva Investran 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and account for daily cash/bank journal entries based on supporting documents within agreed quality and TAT. Prepare and account for Capital Calls and Distributions accurately. Perform regular cash/bank reconciliations. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and semi-annual financial statements with supporting documentation. Prepare Schedule of Investments and Portfolio Valuations on a quarterly basis. Monitor fund cash flows to facilitate capital calls and distributions. Prepare and review Partner Capital Statements and Waterfall Schedules. Prepare and review monthly valuations, fund drawdowns, distributions, accruals and expenses. Prepare and review partner capital activities, including capital calls, distributions and partner transfers. Prepare and review Management Fee calculations and Carried Interest allocations as per fund documentation. Ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance with client-specific processes and requirements. 🎯 IDEAL CANDIDATE Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting, particularly in Waterfall, Capital Calls, Distributions, NAV, Management Fees and Financial Reporting, are preferred.
