Sr. Customer Service Executive

Job Description

We're hiring Customer Service Executives for a voice process in Thane.

What you'll do:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

- Understand customer queries and resolve them on the call

- Keep accurate records of every interaction in the system

- Escalate complex issues to the right team on time

- Meet quality and call-handling targets

Who can apply:

- HSC or Graduate

- Excellent spoken English and communication skills

- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts

- Freshers with strong communication are welcome; prior voice process experience is a plus
