We are looking for experienced professionals to join our International Customer Support – Voice Process team in Pune!
📍 Location: Pune
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
🌙 Shift: US Night Shift
🚕 Transportation: 2-Way Cab Facility
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month
💼 OPEN POSITIONS
🔹 SPE – Customer Support Executive
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
🔹 SME – Subject Matter Expert
💼 Experience: 4–6 Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹7.5 LPA
🎯 SPE – KEY REQUIREMENTS
✅ Minimum 1+ year of International Voice Process experience
✅ International Customer Support experience is mandatory
❌ Technical Support experience alone is NOT eligible
✅ Any Graduate
✅ Excellent English communication and fluency
✅ Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
✅ Good career stability and consistent employment history
✅ All required educational and employment documents must be available
⭐ SME – SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
✅ Minimum 4+ years of International Voice Process experience
✅ Strong experience in International Customer Support
✅ Ability to handle and resolve team/process-related queries
✅ Guide and support new team members on process and workflow
✅ Assist team members with process-related challenges and escalations
❌ Technical Support experience alone is NOT eligible
✅ Any Graduate
✅ Excellent English communication and fluency
✅ Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
✅ Good career stability and consistent employment history
✅ All required educational and employment documents must be available
👤 WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Professionals with proven experience in International Voice Customer Support who are comfortable working in US Night Shifts and from the office.
