Key Responsibilities: • Manage and execute P&C Insurance processes (Claims & Underwriting) • Handle claims back-office operations and policy lifecycle management • Ensure compliance with international insurance regulations • Work on commercial lines of business in the P&C domain • Review and process US insurance policy documents with accuracy • Perform premium validations, endorsements, and policy renewals • Coordinate with onshore teams and brokers for policy-related queries •Maintain SLA, quality standards, and compliance in daily operations Handle process-related escalations and provide timely resolutions to team members, Provide guidance and support to team members on complex Property & Casualty cases and process queries. Required Skills 3+ years of relevant professional experience. Experience in P&C Insurance is highly desirable. Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable business recommendations Bachelor's degree in any discipline
