*SPE - 1+ Yrs of exp in financial services operations, preferably in reconciliation, settlements, or fund accounting.

SME - 4+yrs of exp in Cash Reconciliation/ Position Reconciliation

ctc upto 10lpa

TL - 6+yrs of exp in Cash Reconciliation/ Position Reconciliation - with 2 yrs of Lead exp on paper

ctc upto 15lpa

TM - 10+yrs of exp in Cash Reconciliation/ Position Reconciliation - with 2 yrs of Manager exp on paper

ctc upto 19lpa

*Key Responsibilities*

* Experience in cash and/or position reconciliation within financial services or banking operations.

• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead capacity managing junior team members.

• Working knowledge of reconciliation platforms such as Intellimatch, AutoRek, SmartStream, or similar.

• Good understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, corporate actions, and fund accounting.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with data tools is advantageous.
