🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage cash & position reconciliation activities across accounts and asset classes.

Review reconciliation outputs and ensure accurate & timely completion.

Monitor and resolve reconciliation breaks within SLA.

Coordinate with custodians, counterparties and internal stakeholders.

Manage daily workflow and support team performance.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, maker-checker controls and operational processes.

Prepare break reports, exception summaries and operational updates.

Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

🔹 Required Skills

✅ 6–8 years of relevant experience for Team Lead roles

✅ Strong experience in Cash & Position Reconciliation

✅ Experience in financial services / banking operations

✅ Team handling / supervisory experience

✅ Knowledge of Intellimatch, SmartStream, AutoRek or similar tools

✅ Good understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Settlements, Corporate Actions & Fund Accounting

✅ Strong Excel and analytical skills

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or related field.
