📋 Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain provider demographic and related data in the PDM process.

Handle provider credentialing and re-credentialing activities.

Update, validate, and maintain provider information using the Facets platform.

Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with established process guidelines.

Meet daily productivity targets and quality standards in a fast-paced operational environment.

Identify and resolve provider data discrepancies and errors.

📌 Mandatory Requirements

2–7 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare PDM / Claims operations.

Hands-on experience with the Facets platform.

Immediate joiners only.

Graduation is mandatory (10+2+3 format).

Candidates must have complete educational documents, government-issued IDs, and previous employment documents.
