Mandatory Skills

* Facets – US Healthcare

* QNXT – US Healthcare

* Strong hands-on experience in the respective healthcare platform is mandatory

* Experience & Compensation

SPE – 1.6 to 4 Years

Facets: 4.5 LPA

QNXT: 5.58 LPA

SME – 4.5 to 6 Years

Facets: 6.44 LPA

QNXT: 7.55 LPA

SME Responsibilities

* Handle process and client escalations

* Support and guide team members

* Monitor team/process performance

* Conduct process briefings and knowledge-sharing sessions

* Assist with people management activities

**Eligibility*

* Any Graduate

* Relevant experience in US Healthcare

* Strong hands-on experience with Facets or QNXT is mandatory

* Immediate Joiners / Notice Period up to 30 days
