🚨 HIRING: Cash & Position Reconciliation – Team Lead | Hyderabad

• SPE – Up to ₹7 LPA

• SME – Up to ₹10 LPA

• Team Lead – Up to ₹14 LPA

• Team Manager – Up to ₹18 LPA

📍 Location: Hyderabad

🌙 Shift: US Shift

📅 Working Days: 5 Days

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash & position reconciliation activities across accounts and asset classes.

• Review reconciliation outputs and ensure accurate & timely completion.

• Monitor and resolve reconciliation breaks within SLA.

• Coordinate with custodians, counterparties and internal stakeholders.

• Manage daily workflow and support team performance.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, maker-checker controls and operational processes.

• Prepare break reports, exception summaries and operational updates.

• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

🔹 Required Skills

✅ 6–8 years of relevant experience for Team Lead roles

✅ Strong experience in Cash & Position Reconciliation

✅ Experience in financial services / banking operations

✅ Team handling / supervisory experience

✅ Knowledge of Intellimatch, SmartStream, AutoRek or similar tools

✅ Good understanding of Trade Lifecycle, Settlements, Corporate Actions & Fund Accounting

✅ Strong Excel and analytical skills

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or related field.
