Job Description
We are looking for Insurance Retention Executives to join our Life Insurance Premium Retention team.
The role involves connecting with existing life insurance customers whose premiums are pending or who have stopped making premium payments. The objective is to understand customer concerns, explain the benefits of continuing the policy, address queries, and encourage customers to retain their insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers regarding pending or missed life insurance premium payments.
- Understand the reasons behind non-payment or policy discontinuation.
- Explain policy benefits, coverage, renewal options, and the importance of continuing the policy.
- Address customer concerns and handle objections professionally.
- Convince and assist customers in continuing their life insurance policies.
- Follow up with customers to support premium payment and policy retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned retention and performance targets.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong convincing and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates with experience in Life Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Customer Retention, Telecalling, or Sales will be preferred.
