Job Description
We are looking for candidates with experience in US Mortgage Compliance Review and strong knowledge of mortgage disclosure regulations and compliance guidelines.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience with LE (Loan Estimate) and CD (Closing Disclosure) review.
- Strong knowledge of TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) guidelines .
- Experience in mortgage compliance reviews and disclosure validation.
- Familiarity with Mavent or ComplianceEase reports and their review.
- Ability to identify compliance discrepancies and disclosure-related errors.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in US mortgage operations/compliance.
- Good understanding of mortgage regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Ability to review compliance findings and support corrective actions.
Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA, depending on skills and experience.
