Open Positions:

SPE (Senior Process Executive)

Experience: 1 – 4 Years

Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA

SME (Subject Metter Expert)*

Experience: 5– 9 Years

Salary: Up to ₹7.3 LPA

Requirements:

* Qualification: Any Graduate.

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, primarily from the US.

Provide professional customer support and resolve customer queries within defined SLAs.

Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations effectively.

Maintain high-quality communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

Follow process guidelines, SOPs, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.

For SME roles: Handle escalations, support team members, monitor performance, conduct process briefings, and assist with people management.

Work effectively in a target-driven and international voice BPO environment.

Candidates with experience in US Insurance, Finance, Healthcare, or other international voice processes are preferred.
