Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in International Voice Processes.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling international customers over voice and should be comfortable working in a US Night Shift environment from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions through international voice support.
- Communicate professionally with international customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards as per process requirements.
- Follow defined process guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
- Meet assigned performance and service-level targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
- Willingness to work from office is mandatory.
- Candidates must be currently based in or willing to relocate to the respective hiring location.
- Immediate joiners only.
Process Requirement:
Pure International Voice Process experience is mandatory.
Candidates with experience only in the following processes are not eligible:
- Email Support
- Chat Support
- Blended Process
- Semi-Voice Process
Interview Process:
HR Round → Versant Assessment → Operations Round

Candidates must be able to provide:
- Offer Letter from every previous organization
- Relieving / Experience Letter from every previous organization
- PF Statement / Employment-related PF records
