Job Summary
We are hiring Travel Customer Service Executives with hands-on experience in the travel industry and strong knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus reservation systems.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and practical experience handling travel-related queries, bookings, reservations, and customer requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to travel, flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and changes.
- Assist customers with booking and itinerary-related queries.
- Handle customer requests through calls, email, or other communication channels.
- Use Sabre and Amadeus systems for reservations and travel-related transactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, availability, and booking conditions.
- Resolve customer issues professionally within defined timelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, and travel partners whenever required.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Travel Industry .
- Hands-on experience with both Sabre and Amadeus is mandatory.
- Candidates from a Travel / Airline / GDS / BPO Travel Customer Service background preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts .
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Vikhroli / Thane, Mumbai .
