- 🛠️ Mandatory: US Banking Cards & Payments + Implementation + SQL/Oracle + Min. 1 Year on-paper TL experience

- Manager

- 🎓 Experience: 8+ Years

- 🛠️ Mandatory: US Banking Cards & Payments + Implementation + SQL/Oracle + Min. 1 Year on-paper Manager experience

- Service Delivery Manager (SDM)

💳 Functional & Domain Knowledge

✅ Cards & Payments: Deep expertise in US Banking and Payments domain

✅ Item/Image Processing: Item & Image Processing implementation workflows

✅ Distributed Capture: Merchant & Mobile distributed capture workflows (end-to-end deposit lifecycle)

✅ ATM & ICL: ATM image deposit capture, balancing, exception handling, and Image Cash Letter (ICL) processing

✅ Risk & Compliance: Duplicate Detection configuration & management

📋 Key Responsibilities

- 🗣️ Client-Facing Leadership: Lead client calls during US hours (EST), managing requirements gathering and solution design with high autonomy.

- 🔄 End-to-End Delivery: Own and run projects as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst, bringing structure to ambiguous project needs.

- 🛠️ Problem Solving & Escalations: Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data patterns, identify risks, and apply innovative solutions.

- 👥 Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior team members, optimize workflows, and drive design decisions (for TL/Manager/SDM levels).
