we are Hiring for HR Recruiter for Career Guideline Services India Pvt. Ltd - {Consultancy firm}

Location - Bangalore (Domlur - Near Manipal Hospital)

Day shift - 9:30am - 7pm

Working Days : 6 days - Monday to Saturday ( Work from Office)

Experience : 0 to 1.6 yr

Freshers : 2.4 lpa

Experience in Recruitment -3 lpa

Responsibilities:

1) Understanding the Business Requirements & Exp in End to End process in recruitment life cycle

2) Responsible for handling End to End hiring cycle for our clients.

3) Sourcing candidates from various job portals and references.

4) Explaining jobs to the candidates and grooming them for the interviews.

5) Following up with internal & external stakeholders of the business to achieve desired targets.

6) Maintaining data of the candidates and their candidature for reference and management's review.

Candidate's Requirements :

1) Good verbal & written communication.

2) Candidates must be Confident, Aggressive & Enthusiastic.

3) Target oriented & self motivated.

4) Candidates having a well versed experience with Bulk Recruitment, Mass Recruitment, BPO Recruitment will be preferred.

5) Good communication skill & good knowledge in recruitment.
