AR Caller

Job Responsibilities

- Handle accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups with US insurance companies.

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding pending claims.

- Follow up on denied, rejected and outstanding claims.

- Understand Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and claim status.

- Identify denial reasons and coordinate for claim resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and claim updates.

- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling preferred.

- Good knowledge of US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

- Experience in insurance calling, claim follow-ups and denial management.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Must be comfortable working in US night shifts.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
