About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic VP HRBP to lead the Human Resources Business Partner function and work closely with senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a strong HR leader with extensive experience in HRBP, organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and senior management to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the HRBP function across business units and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organization structure, talent strategy, and succession planning.
- Drive performance management and ensure effective implementation of performance frameworks.
- Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Partner with leadership on talent acquisition, talent development, and critical talent identification.
- Drive organizational development, change management, and culture-building initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and people analytics to identify trends and recommend business-focused solutions.
- Support leadership in handling employee relations, complex people issues, and conflict resolution.
- Develop leadership development and succession planning programs.
- Work closely with HR CoEs and other HR functions to ensure seamless execution of HR programs.
- Establish HRBP processes, governance, and best practices across the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on people-related decisions.
Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in an HRBP leadership role .
- Experience managing HRBP teams and partnering with senior business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and ability to translate business requirements into HR initiatives.
- Strong experience in performance management, talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
