We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to join our team in Bangalore.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor business data and performance metrics to identify trends and anomalies.
- Investigate operational and product-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage customer portfolio onboarding and quarterly data updates.
- Analyze insurance industry trends and competitor developments.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
🔹 Required Skills
✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
✅ Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting and dashboarding tools
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience in business operations, business analysis, product operations, or insurance operations
✅ Knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and claims
🔹 Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in P&C Insurance is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
