👤 Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, React.js, Node.js & PostgreSQL

• Experience building production-grade SaaS applications

• Strong API and database development skills

• Good understanding of security, scalability and performance

• Ability to independently own features from requirement → development → testing → deployment

• Product/startup experience preferred

• ATS / HRMS / HR Tech experience is an advantage
