Job Title: Relationship Manager — Home Loans / LAP (Open Market)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) disbursements from open markets across Proptiger locations. The role focuses on generating and converting leads provided by Proptiger, building and managing a robust partner network (brokers, bankers, DSAs), and achieving consistent monthly disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve a minimum monthly disbursement target of INR 2 Cr+ across assigned locations.

• Drive end-to-end sales for HL/LAP from open market leads provided by Proptiger, including follow-up, documentation, processing, and closure.

• Empanel and maintain relationships with local brokers, bank relationship managers, and DSAs to widen sourcing channels and improve turnaround time.

• Manage monthly login, pipeline tracking, and maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and disbursements.

• Coordinate with customers, bank representatives, internal underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and faster disbursal.

• Conduct regular local market mapping and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities and pricing/product trends.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, lender guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver timely MIS reports on leads, conversion ratios, pipeline, and disbursement performance.

Must-have Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.

• 2–7 years of proven experience in retail home loan / LAP sales in open market channels.

• Demonstrated track record of achieving monthly disbursement targets (preferably INR 2 Cr+).

• Strong existing relationships with local bank credit/relationship managers, brokers, and DSAs is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable interacting with customers, banks, and local partners.

• Strong stakeholder management, documentation knowledge, and basic understanding of loan underwriting and documentation requirements.

• Proficient with MS Excel and CRM/loan management tools

• Willingness to travel across assigned locations and work field hours.
