Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Site Head to lead sales operations for a premium/luxury residential project in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end site sales operations.

- Drive revenue, sales targets and deal closures.

- Lead and motivate the sales team.

- Handle HNIs and premium clientele.

- Manage site visits, negotiations and follow-ups.

- Build relationships with channel partners and brokers.

Candidate Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

- Mandatory experience in Luxury / Premium Residential Projects.

- Strong track record in high-value property sales.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation and client-handling skills.

- Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market.
